Personal Creations
This portfolio is a glimpse into my personal creative world. Here, you'll find the projects that allow me to express my ideas freely. These pieces represent my ongoing exploration of design, blending my skills in digital tools with my passion for storytelling and visual impact.
Each creation is a reflection of my journey as a designer, showcasing my unique perspective and the skills I've honed through years of experimentation and study. This is where I get to push boundaries, explore new ideas, and let my creativity run free.
From Berlin to Bourdeaux
This zine is a personal exploration of some of my favourite DJs who have shaped my taste in techno and electronic music.
In this zine, you'll find profiles of a few DJs who have left a significant mark on me, whether it's through their raw, hard-hitting tracks, or the incredible atmospheres they create during their live sets.
Digital artworks
Each piece reflects my journey as a designer and artist showing my growth and experimentation with various styles and techniques, capturing my unique vision and emotions. Digital art offers endless possibilities for creativity, and I hope my work resonates with you and provides insight into my artistic evolution.

Voor de Vlucht
Stage bij het Zorginnovatielab (MUMC+)
For the Zorginnovatielab at MUMC+, I designed "Voor de Vlucht", a digital tool that helps healthcare innovators prepare and structure pilot projects. The dashboard gives users a clear overview of their process, helps them justify decisions, and supports them in managing time, goals and stakeholders.
I conducted research with idea owners, mapped their needs, and translated these insights into a clear interface that supports both experienced innovators and beginners. The tool makes the pilot process more concrete, accessible and easier to navigate.
This project shows how UX research, information architecture and visual design can work together to streamline innovation in healthcare.
ROYAL
For Royal, I worked on a new visual identity and communication concept aimed at making the organisation more recognisable, expressive and appealing to a wider audience. My focus was on designing a system that feels fresh, energetic and accessible, while still respecting the cultural character of the organisation.
I developed a visual language built around bold shapes, vibrant colours and a strong typographic system. These elements were translated into posters, social media assets, website layouts, signage ideas and other communication touchpoints.
As part of the project, I researched audience behaviour, the cultural landscape of Heerlen and ways for cultural organisations to strengthen their visibility. This informed the design choices and ensured the concept was grounded in real user needs.
Woord voor Woord
My first experience working in graphic design was a school assignment where I was tasked with creating a corporate identity for a fictional reading festival called "Woord voor Woord".
The branding is based on the concept that each shape represents a specific emotion. By using these shapes and emotions, I incorporated different genres of literature. This allows visitors to easily navigate to the shows that align with their interests and tastes.
Wishy Washi World
Another project I worked on with a group was for the Centraal Bureau voor de Statistiek (CBS).
Our assignment was to create an infographic about greenwashing. We conducted our own research to understand what greenwashing is and how best to communicate this information to the public.
My role in the project was conducting research, exploring different concepts, and eventually coding the infographic using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
